Transferring Dogs: To transfer the ownership of an Animal please complete an animal registration form and tick the box Not to be used if you are transferring into the City or for sterilisation refunds. NOTE: This form is only if you are currently a resident of Kalamunda. If you are changing ownership, both the previous owner and the new owner must sign this document before it can be processed into the new owner’s details.

To update your animals details including change of address, contact information, sterilisation status or change of ownership please fill out a change of details form. Please note, the City cannot renew a registration if it is not signed by the Authorised owner or Delegate. If you do not want to attach your details, please advise the City's Administration Officers and they will be happy to process that for you To renew your registration, please post or email back the renewal form attached with your payment details.
